Angels

Some people never see an angel face to face

I was able to hold mine

Some people don't believe in them

People who have lost someone

Believe in them

Though it hurts not to have him here

I know he is in a better place

Free from pain and suffering

I stayed with him when he was having trouble

And those days were hard on me

But I could never imagine how much he was

Hurting

He always seemed to smile when he was

In my arms

These huge smiles that would light up his face

Cindy and I always tried to capture

That smile on camera

But he'd trick us
